Mumbai Indians announced that they have retained their core players of Jasprit Bumrah, Surya Kumar Yadav, Hardik Pandya, Rohit Sharma and Tilak Verma and Hardik will lead the team as the captain in the upcoming IPL 2025 season. Known for their outstanding performance and commitment, these players have been at the heart of Mumbai Indians' success and are set to bring new focus, energy and dedication to the team.

Jasprit Bumrah, Suryakumar Yadav, Hardik Pandya and Rohit Sharma have been the backbone of Mumbai Indians' multiple title-winning campaigns, consistently contributing to the team's dominance in the league. Joining these talents is Tilak Varma, who has emerged as one of the brightest young talents in the IPL. Each of these players have put in match-winning performances that have not only led to victories but also created a deep connection with fans who have eagerly supported their journeys every season.
